1. Booking & Punctuality

">Passengers are requested to be ready at their designated pickup point 5 minutes before the scheduled time. ">Drivers will wait up to a maximum of 10 minutes at door-to-door pickup points before continuing on scheduled daily routes to avoid delaying other commuters. ">Booking requests placed online or via WhatsApp are subject to vehicle availability and route schedule confirmation.

2. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Etiquette

To maintain a clean, comfortable, and respectful travel environment for all passengers:

">Smoking & Vaping: Smoking, vaping, or consuming alcohol inside any vehicle is strictly prohibited under UAE transport laws. ">Food & Beverages: Light beverages in sealed containers are permitted. Eating hot meals inside vehicles is discouraged to maintain cleanliness and prevent odors. ">Seatbelts: In compliance with UAE traffic law, all passengers must wear seatbelts at all times during intercity transit. ">Respectful Environment: Loud music, abusive language, or disruptive behavior toward chauffeurs or fellow passengers will result in immediate service termination without refund.

3. Fares, Rates & Payment Terms

">Daily commute fares and private rental quotes are stated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). ">Payment can be made via cash on pickup, bank transfer, or online payment links. ">Monthly subscription fees must be settled at the beginning of each calendar month or billing cycle.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy

">Individual passenger bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. ">No-shows without prior notice may result in the forfeiture of the booking fee or suspension of monthly commute privileges.

5. Limitation of Liability

While SR Car Lift maintains the highest safety standards and adheres strictly to traffic regulations, SR Car Lift is not liable for indirect delays caused by severe weather, unexpected road closures, traffic accidents on major highways (E11, E311, E611), or force majeure events.
